Investment and Fund Management
Ker joined the Welput team in 2014 having previously led Knight Frank’s West End Investment and Development team.
Ker is Welput’s fund manager and has overall responsibility for the business strategy, sourcing investment opportunities and investor relations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Ker serves as a Board Member of the Westminster Property Association, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
Development
Alexander joined the team in 2019 in order to lead Welput’s development initiatives. Prior to joining Alexander was UK Head of Design & Construction at Tishman Speyer.
Alexander has overall responsibility for Welput’s development projects with a key focus on driving ESG ambitions.
Alexander holds a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Assessment of Professional Competence and is a member of the British Council for Offices. He also has an honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of the West of England.
Development, Investment and Asset Management
Merrik joined the team in 2015 having previously been a Senior Development Manager at Quintain.
Merrik is responsible for sourcing new investments as well as driving development and refurbishment initiatives. Current projects include Regent’s Wharf, Twenty St. James’s Street, 105 Victoria Street and Bury House.
Merrik has a Masters degree in International Business from the University of Edinburgh.
Development, Investment and Asset Management
Emma joined the team in 2021 having previously worked at Tishman Speyer within the Design and Construction team.
Emma’s focus is on driving Welput’s development and refurbishment initiatives. Current projects include the Farringdon Road Estate and 105 Victoria Street.
Emma is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Liverpool.
Development, Investment, Asset Management
Phil joined the team in 2015 from Cushman & Wakefield’s Central London Development team.
Phil is responsible for sourcing new investments as well as driving development and refurbishment initiatives. Current projects include 101 New Cavendish St, 7 Bishopsgate, Portman Square House and other separate account projects.
Phil has a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
Asset Management
Elodie joined the team in 2021 having been an Asset Manager at Europa Capital Partners.
Elodie is responsible for strategic asset management initiatives with a focus on ESG and the delivery of flexible solutions. Current projects include 101 New Cavendish Street and Regent’s Wharf.
Elodie is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Real Estate from the University of Reading.
Fund Management
Andrew joined the team in 2019. Previously he worked at Schroders as the Senior Fund Accountant for Welput.
Andrew is responsible for Welput’s financial and investor reporting, liquidity management and compliance.
Andrew is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Newcastle.
Analyst
Cliff joined the team in 2022 having been an Investment Analyst at Legal & General Capital. Cliff’s key responsibility is supporting the financial analysis of the existing portfolio and the underwriting of new acquisitions.
Cliff holds the Investment Operations and Investment Management Certificates, has passed CFA level 2 and is also a member of the UKGBC Leadership Alumni.
ESG
Akshaya joined the team in 2021 having previously worked at CBRE and Arup advising on corporate sustainability programmes.
Akshaya is the ESG Lead for Welput and is responsible for the management and implementation of fund and asset level environmental and social strategies. Current projects include transitioning Welput to a Net Zero Carbon fund.
Akshaya has a Masters in Sustainability and Management from the University of Bath and is a full member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences.
Team Management and Marketing
Leila joined the team in 2018 having previously worked at Tetragon as an Administrator.
Leila’s key responsibility is as PA to the team, but she also assists in collating marketing materials for refurbishment and development projects. Current projects include 101 New Cavendish Street, Regent’s Wharf and 78 St James’s Street.
Leila has a Bachelors in Fine Art from the University of Ulster.
